If you have a few minutes check this out. Search on YouTube 'Black Sea Amazons' . The clips are probably all good but the only one I've watched all through is the first one. Two petite ferocious fighters. See what you think.

From your post one can conclude it's something fresh though I can bet without seeing the clip(s) had been filmed in late 90s and now a deep history. Besides, the fights fragments of which are illegally posted on youtube.com are copyrighted by DWW Gmbh(www.dww.at) . Advertising the criminal way of watching those fights you are not only committing a crime but cutting down chances of more such fights in the future.
I agee with you fatrat, but from the looks of it [i.e., based on the countless times I've seen the phrase (or something like it) that says: " video removed because of violation of site policy "], it appears the GooTube is always looking over the shoulders of posters of illegal content. On the other hand, since it's so easy for producers/copyright owners to simply check themselves, and if the posting of current or older copyrighted/for-sale material isn't causing them to cry foul, then I suppose the benefits of publicity outweigh the negatives of censure.
I fully agree on banning illegal content, I'm just saying that when Booker (or others) make mention of what's over there time and time again, I just have to think by now producers/copyright owners are vigilant enough to already know it and if they think it shouldn't be up there, they'll do something about it fast enough. I wouldn't have necessarily said that, say, a few years back, but now I would.
You're absolutely right about the negative effect the illegal postings have on the incentive/ability of producers to stay in business, and you probably already know G.R. would be among the first to back you up on that, not only for his own work or those he provides access for, but for other producers, as well. I know your point is with the mentioning of what's over there (let alone the posting of it), and that others shouldn't even be aiding/abetting the announcement of illegal content. I just have to think by now the producers/copyright owners know damn fast if something gets up there, and, if they want it taken down, that'll happen damn fast, too.
Booker didn't commit any crimes. The person who uploaded the vids did. Now if he tossed a direct link then theres reason for it. I just don't get too thrilled when people pass around the notion that there is copyrighted material which they know about and don't tell the rightful owners. Most of the owners (especially GR and co) who treat the consumers very well considering all the blackmarketing done against them. No blood no foul. I'm guessing Booker came in just to relay it more so being shocked he found it there. I've been surprised at some of the stuff I've seen on there aswell. Frankly, you can type in most producers and you'll get something from them. Again saying to peeps is not a crime. I will warn those that uploading it is and you can be traced and sued.
I understand people getting upset about clips being posted, but they are only short clips. I have bought 3 DVD's and joined a site just from seeing clips on YOUTUBE or where every it was ... These sales went to places that I never even checked out before seeing the clips so I see some guys benefitting, too. I can see if it were the whole video, etc but a minute or so clip I think would peak someones interest in checking the site out and ordering something. Like I said, It worked with me.
Of course not in the DWW, CW case because everyone who is into this stuff already knows of their quality product, but possibly some of the producers of junk don't want to drive away customers by letting them see the crap they sell. It's happened that way too .... places I was curious about I changed my mind when I saw a clip.
This is true. The only thing is most producers see someone post a clip, then another and another until it gets out of control. Lets not forget pics which are a click away with ease. Some producers aren't as angered by it and let it slide more, but by all means its their stuff and I totally see their point if they don't want anything posted without their consent. I've been in the same boat and the free press never helped me as much as youd think. Its really easy to write a company and ask. Thats all most want.
And like you said on the other hand it does open the door for people to see and judge for themselves. But, another problem with that is sometimes they get their free fix and consider themselves all set. Thats another mind-set of some producers i've talked to in the past.
Does it hurt or help? I don't think anyone can answer that question. I'm sure it differs for each. Either way people really should get permission first before posting something thats not yours. If you post a vid or even a pic of someone online you can get in trouble. Lets imagine a producer going after you for posting copyrighted stuff. That little 10 second clip can cost thousands. And for what?
I know a few second clip seems harmless as apposed to a full movie. Especially when you get the clip from a free section of a site. But, still 99% of the sites say don't use our stuff anywhere. Thats not too difficult to understand.
