"SELF DEFENSE: Triple Threat"

Little Vanessa lives in a tough neighborhood and decides to take a self defense class to learn how to protect herself. Unfortunately, she unwittingly gets involved with what turns out to be a pair of sisters who both take things way too far.  Fortunately for Vanessa, she keeps her can of Spinach close at hand. But is even spinach enough against her two powerful foes?

Great fast-paced action in this one, gang, with some awesome strength moves (even by Aria!), including lifts, bearhugs, and a real, full-body throatlift!
