I recently tried to join your site as a paying member but am having nothing but problems with it. On the signup page where it reads Enter Verification Text *Please type text from image

There is no image or text to enter.

I've sent a few e-mails as well as attempted to contact customer support but never recvd a reply in re.It shows that the site I'm interested in joining was updated on April 18th, 2013 so you're obviously still in business. But with no reply to my e-mails with any type of assistance in joining, I'll just pass on joining your site.

Not very good business practice on your end!
