Happy November!!!

I will be traveling again soon!!!  It hasn't been easy sitting still, at home, not being able to work out!  I'm able to do leg workouts and hiking in the hills again.  Within 2 weeks, I'll be back to full power yoga and upper body workouts.  

Here is my travel Itinerary!
