I have a question about these two, I have the Women Warriors match W-34 which is one of my favs, even though Lisa Marie wins easily. Is this the only time that these two have wrestled ? Also is Lisa Marie, shes a New Zealander and my favourite, still wrestling and if so do you know who some of her latest matches were with. Thanks
...uhm - isn't she so 20 years ago? Seriously guys. It's not like there's not any new stuff or new wrestlers out there. "Lisa Marie" Can we say Jesus H ****ing Timewarp...come on now.

Come to think of it you are probably right, not sure about 20 years though. Was just wondering if she was still competing, Robin who took her on in that match certainly is. There is a few more from around then that were fav's as well, Alyssa (Cal Supreme) etc.
Off the top of my head, Lisa Marie wrestled Kirsti Etzold(?) a few years back for Les Femmes Fatales, that's the last time I've heard of her. Most of the videos you'll see with her are probably from the mid to late 90's. The match with Robin for Woman Warriors was a "work" ( and apparently the only fake WW title). They also wrestled in a California Supreme video, and the results were quite different. If possible, find Lisa's WW match against Raven. It may be available through Les Femmes Fatales. She also did a spectacular video against the equally strong Simone for Joan Wise-one of the best JW videos ever, imho.
I asked Robin about this and she just sent me an email. She confirmed the Lisa Marie match for Women's Warriors was indeed a "worked" match and that she never fought Lisa Marie in any competitive match. Robin also believes the Lisa Marie match was filmed by Ron Dvorkin's California Supreme or Bellstone company because that is where she met Lisa Marie. Lisa Marie's match with Kristie Etzhold is indeed available from Robin's LFFP company. It is a 100% competitive video, #57 and can be found on the master catalog page: http://www.lesfemmesfatales.com/new_videocatalog_frameset_red.shtml
There was no Lisa Marie-Raven match ever filmed by LFFP. Robin also told me that she was present at the Lisa Marie Simon match, which was supposed to be a scripted match with Simone winning. However, once the match began LM's competitive juices were stirred and she really dominated Simone, who was a dancer with no real wrestling skills. Robin also said almost all of Joan Wise's matches were scripted in advance, but they did produce a few that were legit. Robin was hired mostly to be a jobber for JW against bigger girls, but her first match for JW was against the owner's wife, Tracy Turner. That was a 100% competitive match, and much to the consternation of Ms. Turner and her hubby, Robin easily won the match. That match is available from Joan Wise as a download at: http://www.joanwiseclassics.com/5.htm
Thanks for the answers... as a long time Robin/Joan Wise fan I really appreciate them. The match with Tracey Turner is an absolute classic, as were most of her others. It's funny you mention how the Simone/Lisa Marie match went down-because in a few of Robin's better videos I remember thinking "I know it's staged....but Robin sure looks pissed!" There are two videos in particular that illustrate this. Her match with Treena and a video with a sturdy brunette named Lauren. Robin sure does not appear to be fooling around in either, especially the latter, in which she really pummels Lauren. I consider these to be her best , most dominant videos ever (and must-haves for every Robin fan). The Lisa Marie vs Raven match was a Woman Warriors production, I know some are available through LFFP (and I highly reccomend them-especially Robin's battles with "Sasha").
Robin is a really good actress as well as a very skilled wrestler. I will ask her whether either or both of the matches you mentioned was actually competitive. Robin tells me she cannot remember all her matches, but she does remember all the competitive ones.
I do not remember a Women's Warrior video with Lisa Marie v Raven. If it does exist, I do know it is not one of the 8 or so offered for sale by Robin at her LFFP website, www.lesfemmesfatales.com
BTW, if you want some private info about the Sasha-Robin matches, email me privately, as it is not the type of info I should post in a public forum.
I recall Robin responding to a question on her yahoo group several years ago, I believe (it was either her present group or the original lesfemmesfatales yahoo group), about whether she would wrestle Lisa Marie competitively and/or if she thought she could beat Lisa Marie, to which she responded something along the lines of "...no way, she's too big!"
It was a little surprising to read that, even though they are more than a few weight classes apart. Lisa Marie was usually listed at 5'10 and 150 lbs. (although I think 167 lbs., as she was listed for her match vs Afrika was probably closer to the truth, you know how these gals are about admitting their true weight, lol)
Lisa Marie did retire many years ago. Robin now sells some Women'w Warrior matches involving Lisa Marie against Raven and Sally McNeil. Robin's match against Lisa Marie was not really fully competitive and they have never fought competitively. Robin never has expressed an opinion to me whether she felt she could have defeated Lisa Marie in a fully competitive match.
I recently saw a WISC download (very poor video quality) whereby Lisa Marie handily defeated Jill Monroe and Christine Marshall in competitive matches. Thus, I doubt whether Robin could have beat Lisa Marie since Christine has defeated Ziggy and Ziggy has defeated Robin.
The Lisa Marie matches from Robin are available at her www.clips4sale/store/4885. If you prefer any matches from Robin's download stores on dvd, just email Robin at fightbabe@gmail.com.
Wow, defeating Christine Marshal is quite a task ... are you sure it was an honestly competitive match ?
Christine was a favorite of mine and saw her quite a bit with her Premier Productions stuff among other. Some matches were 'worked' as almost every producer does more often than not but some were really tough wrestling , like a couple she did with Ken Star. I saw her wrestle Renee O'Neil. another tough, strong bodybuilder to a hard fought draw so Lisa Marie beating Christine is impressive ... if it wasn't worked at all.
I only saw Lisa once in a Ken Star video against Tammy Frazier but can't say who won as the video ended in the middle of the match somewhere ... which was quite typical of KS's stuff back then. He got some good girls together for matches but couldn't film or produce it worth ****.
Thanks, Barry & Jim. I found this blog posting about the LM vs Afrika match:
http://femfightnews.blogspot.com/2007/09/unique-upset.html ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The best Ive seen of this type is a competitive VSL match in which the exquisite Lisa Marie (q.v.) dominates FBB Afrika. L-M seems to surprise even herself. From their site:
The Black Beauty is a formidible body builder with the right attitude and plenty of experience. Lisa Marie is a tall centerfold from New Zealand--soft spoken and sweet. What kind of a match is that? Maybe the roughest surprise since Holyfield took out Tyson--except these women are wrestling. Or brawling. It's a thin line.
My favorite part was the opening interview. A ****y Afrika said she liked her daughter to watch so she could see her mom being aggressive or competitive or something. Well now her daughter saw her humiliated instead! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yeah Jim, it was a shame about Kenstar, a 3 year old could have edited and produced better videos...there was one match that had the audio from another match, unbelievable!
Lisa Marie from New Zealand retired I think around 2001 or 2002. Some of her last matches involved a best of 3 challenge for The Private Collection (WISC) from the UK against the unknown Hailey from Norway. Lisa Marie had beaten all challengers with TPC B4 but lost the first one to Hailey, she won the 2nd and did loose the decisive match and thus ended her unbeaten record with TPC. At some points I sensed it might be staged although I also got the impression Hailey was planning on publicly humiliating the 'TPC-unbeaten' Lisa-Marie in front of the crowd present. She did not succeed but did at some point walk all over Lisa Marie. Anyway, Tami Frazier did beat Lisa Marie and LM did some matches with California Supreme against Robin (2x), Shelly Renee Berg, some Rita, Ayeshia(2 or 3 times) and against LFFS's jobber Lolita. LM also did matches for Joan Wise, LFFS, WW, VSL, DT, Kenstar, Womens World and many other companies once or more often. In her match against Kirsty Etzold with LFFS, Kirsty gave LM a run for her monay yet LM won 5-2. In her Woman's World match against younger Christine Marshall, Jill Monroe & Sasha Lee Taylor: LM was dominant. Another Woman's World fighter named Rose Devlin had a close competitive match against LM for TPC in which LM won 3-2. My guess is that a more experienced Jill Monroe or Christine Marshall would have had a better chance of defeating LM.
